1 - Do you have a catalogue that you can send me? Sorry, but no, we do not have a paper catalogue to mail out. Our catalogue is "online" only. If you see something you must absolutely have a picture of you will need to print it out on your computer.

2 - How long will it take to get my order? We ship twice a week so orders are shipped within 1-4 business days via Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days to arrive depending on the destination. If you need it faster, we can accommodate you but you will need to call to make overnight delivery arrangements.

If the item you choose is "Out of Stock" it will say so next to the picture and description along with the date it will be available again. It will be then be shipped out when it is back in stock. Your account will not be charged until time of shipping! If you are worried about time lines, just give us a call to make sure it will arrive in time! 3 - I live overseas so can I place an order? Our website is now set up to take international orders! Just place your order, type in your shipping address and you will see your Shipping Options at check out to choose from.You can pay using any major credit card or PayPal.

4 - What are Incredible Inedibles made from ? Incredible Inedibles are made from foam, epoxy, silicone, salt dough, plaster, paint, resins, and caulking. They ARE NOT candles or made of wax or anything that will melt!

5 - How do you care for them ? To care for them, simply wipe off with a damp sponge and dry right away with a clean fluffy towel to remove dust. You may also clean them with a paint brush or vacuum cleaner brush. Pies and pie slices must be kept in a cool dry place. And of course they will stay much cleaner if displayed under a glass dome or behind glass doors, as in a china cabinet.

6 - What would you do with them ? Make the most of these decorative home accessories by displaying them on your countertop,dining room table, server, baker's rack or china cabinet. You can get creative and use elegant china, crystal or silver serving trays to display small items such as candies and petit fours.

7- Can you make special orders? If the item you have in mind to create is "close" to something that you see on our pages then it is a possibility. If not, time constraints don't allow us to experiment in the "lab". For instance we shortened our petit fours height and decorated to look like a small cake to be used as a doll accessory. But sushi or hot dogs - NO WAY!

8 - What is your return policy? We know you will love your purchase, however, you may return any item you are not delighted about within 30 days of your invoice date for a complete refund or exchange of the merchandise amount. Please use common sense and make sure the item is packed correctly so it remains in perfect condition or we cannot complete the refund. Call or email us first and let us know your intentions. 9 - What if someone tries to take a bite? No need to worry about this. You can't even get a knife into any of our pie products and you can hardly sink your teeth into any of our cakes - they're too large for that. Our pastries are either too hard to get a bite out of or they are made with a foam base and won't be breaking any teeth.

10 - Can children play with them? We really don't recommend them for child's play unless the child is old enough to know fake from real and able to take care of them in the proper way. In other words, you can't throw them around like footballs, but you can play nicely with dolls and tea sets!

11 - What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or checks and money orders. To pay with check or money order just choose "Check" as the payment option, print your order and mail it to us. Our address is: Mrs. O's Kitchen, 3715 28th Street S.W., Lehigh Acres, FL 33976. Your order will then be shipped in 3-5 business days after the check clears. We will not hold items in stock waiting for your check to arrive!

12 - I'm not comfortable giving my credit card number out over the internet so what can I do? Although we do all credit card business through a secure server and have not had a problem in our 14 years in business - you can just call in your credit card information toll free. Our number is 1-866-203-9521. We are open from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (Florida - USA) on Monday through Friday. You can also mail a check (see #7). Or you can make a copy of the order including credit card information and fax it to 1(239)368-0777.

13 - What is your Privacy Policy? At Mrs. O's Kitchen, customer information is for our own use - period. We do not sell names to anyone and fully believe in protecting the privacy of our valued customers.

14 - Do you wholesale to Vendors? We are currently accepting new wholesale accounts. We wholesale our Candies and Petit Fours only. All other products are available at retail prices only. See our Wholesale page for contact information.
